Cardston Museums
Close to 50 of the 225 carriages at the Remington Carriage Museum are from the private collection started in the 1950s by Don Remington. The centre contains a restoration workshop, a theatre, a cafeteria, a gift shop, a tack room and stables. Horse-drawn carriage rides are also offered. Open year-round.
This museum, a Provincial Historic Site, is in the original log cabin built by Charles Card. Open June 1 through Aug 31, Mon to Sat 10 am - 5 pm.
Depicts the pioneer life of the area including home furnishings, an 1876 square grand piano and a display on the Hutterite way of life. The Court House, a Provincial Historic Site, was built in 1907 of local sandstone. June 1 to Aug 31, open Mon to Sat 10 am - 5 pm; off-season by appointment; admission by donation.
